In 1771 he was invited to Grodno, Grodno's elder Anthony Tizengauz. In the same year he was hired as a royal architect, with a fixed salary of 600 zlotys. In the Commonwealth Sacco received a number of military titles VKL, and in 1775 - the nobility.
In 1771-1780, Giuseppe de Sacco completed a number of orders for local magnates, having designed several well-known palace and park ensembles and city residences, in particular: the Holy Trinity Palace of the Volovič magnates, the Schrepsovsky Palace of Khreptovich, the Tizengauz palaces in Postavy and Vilnius.
Sacco died in 1798, presumably in the Grodno house of masons. He was buried in the Grodno Catholic cemetery.
